Coaching Disclaimer

What coaching is and what it is not

Coaching is a professional development and personal growth service. It is designed to help you think more clearly, explore your options, and take action toward goals that matter to you. It is a collaborative process built on honest conversation, reflection, and your own agency.

Coaching is not therapy or mental-health treatment

Coaching is not psychotherapy, counseling, or any form of mental-health care. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure mental health conditions. If you are experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, or any condition that requires clinical support, coaching is not a substitute for care from a licensed mental-health professional.

Coaching is not professional advice

Coaching does not provide medical, legal, tax, financial, or other regulated professional advice. Any information shared during sessions is for your reflection and personal use. For decisions in those areas, please consult the appropriate qualified professional.

You remain responsible for your decisions and actions

Coaching supports your thinking, but the choices you make — and their consequences — are yours. I will not tell you what to do, and I cannot be responsible for outcomes that arise from your decisions.

Results are not guaranteed

Coaching can be valuable, but outcomes depend on many factors: your openness, the complexity of the situation, the actions you take, and circumstances outside our control. I do not promise specific results.

Confidentiality

What you share in coaching sessions is kept confidential. I will not disclose your information without your permission, except in rare situations where I reasonably believe there is a risk of serious harm to you or others, or where I am legally required to do so.

If you have any questions about whether coaching is right for you, you are welcome to reach out before booking.
