About
I help thoughtful people think clearly at moments that matter.
I'm Eva, a life and decision coach for people navigating the in-between seasons of life: choosing a direction, considering a career change, redefining what success means, balancing work and family, or simply realizing that the life that once fit doesn't feel quite right anymore.
People come to these questions at very different stages.
For someone in early adulthood, it might sound like: What do I actually want to do with my life? How much of this choice is mine, and how much comes from what I'm supposed to want?
For someone in midlife, the question may be quieter: I've built a life that looks perfectly fine. So why do I keep wondering whether I want something different?
And sometimes there is no dramatic turning point at all. There is simply a feeling that something needs to change.
These decisions are rarely solved by making a longer pros-and-cons list. They often touch something deeper: identity, values, relationships, fear of regret, responsibility, and other people's expectations.
That's where I believe coaching can be useful.
My role isn't to tell you what you should do. It's to create the kind of conversation where you can slow down, notice what may be shaping your thinking, hear your own voice more clearly, and decide what feels right for the person you are now.
I coach because I believe clarity is possible, and because sometimes one thoughtful conversation can help us see a question very differently.
My Story
How I came to this work
I did not come to coaching because I thought people needed more advice. I came to it because, over the years, I kept noticing how often thoughtful, capable people could know a great deal about their situation and still feel unsure about where to go next.
As a university instructor, I have watched many students approach graduation with a question that is much bigger than finding a job. They are stepping into adulthood and trying to figure out what kind of life they actually want. There are expectations from family, pressure to make a good choice, comparisons with peers, and so many possible directions. Sometimes what looks like a career question is really a deeper question: What matters to me, and how do I begin building a life that feels like my own?
As I moved further into midlife myself, I began noticing a different version of the same uncertainty. People may already have careers, families, responsibilities, and lives that look perfectly fine from the outside, yet still find themselves wondering whether something needs to change. A career that once fit may no longer feel meaningful. Priorities shift. Questions about work, identity, family, and what the next chapter should look like begin to surface.
These moments can look very different, but they often share something in common. People have usually done a lot of thinking already. They have considered the options, talked with people they trust, and tried to reason their way toward an answer. Yet something still makes it difficult to move forward.
Over time, I became increasingly curious about what sits underneath these decisions. Sometimes it is fear. Sometimes it is an expectation carried for years. Sometimes it is a definition of success that no longer feels like their own. And sometimes people simply need enough space to hear what they already know.
That curiosity is what drew me to coaching. I wanted to learn how to have conversations that help people see their situation more clearly, not by telling them what to do, but by helping them notice what matters, question what may be shaping their choices, and trust themselves enough to choose.
That is still what draws me to this work today. I bring curiosity, behavioral insight, and honest human conversation into each session. My hope is not to hand you an answer. It is to help you leave with a clearer sense of yourself, what matters now, and where you want to go next.
How I Think About Coaching
Clarity, not advice
I do not see coaching as a fix-it service. I see it as a structured space for thinking. That kind of space can be hard to create alone and even harder to find in the middle of a busy life.
My role is not to tell you what to do. It is to help you see the full shape of what you are facing: the real question beneath the stated one, the assumptions you have been carrying, the possibilities you have been too close to notice.
I draw on ideas from decision science, psychology, and behavioral insight, but the work is not academic. It is practical. Every session is aimed at helping you leave with a clearer mind and a grounded next step.
Listen beneath the question
We slow down enough to hear what is actually being asked.
Name the patterns
We look at how you decide, not just what you are deciding.
Move with intention
We turn insight into action you can stand behind.
What You Can Expect
Working with me
Sessions are calm, focused, and unhurried. There is no performance required. You do not need to have it all figured out before we speak. In fact, the less polished you feel, the more useful the conversation often is.
I will ask direct questions. I will listen carefully. I will notice when something seems important, even if you brush past it. And I will challenge you gently when I think a story you are telling yourself deserves a second look.
You can expect to leave each session with a clearer sense of where you stand and what to do next. It may not be a dramatic epiphany every time, though those moments do happen. More often, it is a steady, honest movement forward.
A space for real conversation
No scripts, no generic frameworks. We work with what is actually true for you.
Confidential and judgement-free
What we discuss stays between us. My job is to understand, not to evaluate.
Focused on action
Insight matters, but momentum matters more. We end with something concrete.
Tailored to your pace
Some clients need a single deep dive. Others want ongoing support. We design the rhythm together.
